We are pleased to offer shipping throughout Europe and Switzerland. Below, you will find important details about our shipping process:

 

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over 49€. For certain remote areas or islands with limited access, additional charges may apply.

 

Delivery Times

As most of our neon signs are custom-made, production and delivery times can vary. Typically, orders are produced and delivered within 2-4 weeks after payment confirmation. In cases where your order consists of multiple items, all shipping costs will be charged only once, even if we ship items separately.

 

Customs & Import Taxes

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply for orders delivered outside Schengen area. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, configuration, and customization of your neon sign. Larger or more intricate designs may incur additional shipping fees, which will be detailed during checkout.
